FTTC/SoGEA Router - Connection Settings

The following settings are typical of what is expected during the setup of a new modem / router. If you are unsure what these mean or need further help then please feel free to contact our support with the make and model of your router or modem and we'd be happy to assist.

In the table below the username/password values should be substituted for those provided to you in your welcome e-mail. If your router/modem conforms to RFC4638 then you should be able to use an MTU of 1500 instead of 1492.

Username [email protected]
Password ******
VLAN Port Number 101 (this is important)
Protocol PPPoE
MTU 1492
